Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)


We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be received upon shipment of goods. 

All UK orders over £200 will be automatically upgraded to FREE UK Standard Delivery.

Next Working Day Special Delivery Tracked (place order before 1pm). 

Royal Mail 1st Class signed (1-2 days working days) (excluding bank holidays)

Royal Mail 2nd Class signed (3-5 working days) (excluding bank holidays)


Europe 


We ship to Europe using DHL Express or Royal Mail tracked and signed for. A choice for shipping carrier will be available at checkout. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be received upon shipment of goods.

Rest of the World

Customs and Duty Tax 

USA & EUROPE - Customs charges and duty tax is included in the price for USA and Europe and therefore customers with orders shipped to USA & Europe will not be charged any additional duty tax on arrival.

REST OF THE WORLD - Customs charges may apply. If you wish to find out what charges might apply please don't hesitate to contact us and we can give you an estimated charge. If an order is shipped and customs charges are not paid by the customer, the order will be returned to us, and we will refund you minus the customs charges. 

 

Weight based rate

 

Please note that our shipment rates are based on weight. If the weight exceeds 2kg we will use another shipping carrier, additional charges may incur and you will be notified before it is shipped.


Returns 


Our policy lasts 14 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for international deliveries. (We do not count the days the item spends in transit)

Any queries about returns please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your return shipment.


Shipment costs for returning will be made payable by the buyer.

 

We advise you to use a trusted carrier with tracking information to return items so that they are not lost. 

 

Holiday Returns (Christmas)

For Christmas returns we offer a 60 day return period. This allows for the receiver to exchange or return the item 60 days after purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your return shipment.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received we will notify you of the approval within one working day.

If your return is approved, the amount paid will be refunded within 5 working days after receiving your return. All shipping fees paid by the customer are not refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ebukuthreads.com and send your item back to us. UK exchanges  will be delivered free of charge. We cannot offer free postage for International exchanges due to high postage charges.

The delivery time of your exchanged product is 3-5 working days (UK) and 10-16 days for international orders. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning your item we recommend using a signed for tracked service to avoid complications.
